Coming from a family who was quite strict, I couldn't agree more. Kids need some space within reason though. I'm glad in some aspects that I had the childhood I did, as I respect things a lot more. I was always taught look after your things well look after other people's things better then your own. I was always taught you don't just get things handed to you, and if you want something you will need to work hard to get it. I know it would never be easy to raise children and each child requires different requirements through out their childhood. I take my hate
