Training of Master Trainers.
Today i want to discuss an important topic which can be neglected in the field of education and also in the every field of life. The capacity building of trainers is very important because they have to train the people , especially students, farmers, extension workers and also the community.
There must be some specialized institutions which have the capacity to train the trainers these would be master trainers. They have their fresh knowledge and skills up to date because they have to train the trainers or social activist.
Mostly we have the master trainers which have the old knowledge and they are rigid in their thoughts and views. Therefore the master trainers must also have opportunity for their own capacity building to over come this new world.
