Some low self esteemed pricks who got in early saw it fit to make themselves police, judge and executioner here. Flagging those who didnt kiss their asses or agree with their actions. They circle-vote themselves and make money from delegating to bots, then turn around and flag you for advertising your post.
This place went mad a long time ago.

Until steemit makes flags dependent on number of people who flagged you instead of SP of flagger it will remain dead. Decentralized platform my ass.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:
