MY EXPERIENCE IN SECONDARY SCHOOL

I started secondary school in late 90s,i was one of the worst students in my class(that's Jss1). I met a friend a friend by name MAC-TONY,he was two years older and smarter and both of us were in the same class,same acadermics performance.we even wondering,why are we like this,we studied like others but to no avail.Those classmates,are they not humans like us,we read,we don't understand,our case was a different one. Our parents knew we were friends going to same school in the same class. One thing i didn't like in him was that,he always leave the school before 2pm. I keep asking him,why is it that you don't stay till 2pm. He will be telling me you won't understand.As we were proceeding,i discovered that he will leave the school to a garden where there is different cultivation of fruits,how he manage to sneak in to the garden is what i don't know,untill one day,he was caught at the garden where he was humilated and brought to school for expulsion.These happened within a short period of time.
After that,i met another friend by name mike.mike was a good guy but he was not serious with his studies,the little time he is serious,you will see a great changes in him.we started going out together,he was from a very wealthy home i was somehow" AJEPAKO" he will share his provisions with me even his uniform. On the long run,espercially during exams period,you won't see him studying rather he will spend time in writing brain support"EXPO" which was not the best way to learn. I equally joined him on the act,my performance was nothing to write home about. Sometime,i will collect my result from school without the knowledge of my parent and hide it.One day my dad asked me,you are heading to Jss2,we haven't seen your Jss1 result,are you sure you're going to school? I told him daddy,our class teacher said our results is not ready. Now the question is,why is it i keep identifying with the wrong persons who has no positive impacts in my life.Does it mean my sins was greater than they other?or does it mean they first person i met brought misfortune on me? So many questions without an answere. I later leave the school to another school where i discovered the real person in me. Fellow steemians,they people you identify in life determines your future.
