OSLO, Sept 28 (Reuters) - The Swedish, Norwegian and Israeli national banks have sent off a venture with the Bank for Global Settlements to test worldwide retail and settlement installments with national bank computerized monetary standards, Sweden's Riksbank said on Wednesday.
