Mood and sleep and memory issues can result from eating too much processed foods. The American diet in particular consists of way too much processed foods. I always check the labels for certain ingredients as well. Such as high fructose corn syrup, natural flavors and artificial flavors. If I consume any sugar I want it to at least be real sugar. I stay away from anything that is packaged in a box and/or has a really long list of ingredients. Most of the terms on many products one has to research to find out what it is and if it is associated with any serious health problems. Big food companies and lobbyists and politicians are so corrupt. They literally don’t care about the health and well-being of their fellow man. I se nothing wrong with corporations and making money, but lobbying and coercing with government is evil. #disobey
