The food-tech company Hampton Creek, famous for its sustainable egg-free mayo alternative, did it again.
They just recently launched their "Just Scrambel" product, after years of research, at a restaurant in San Francisco.

Michael Pellman Rowland, contributor at "Forbes" writes
"After the first bite, I got a huge chill down my back. This was better than just about any egg I had ever tasted, and it was made from a 4,000-year-old bean. My mind was blown."

I truly think that Hampton Creek will revolutionize the egg industry. According to them it will be available at stores for everybody to try in the coming months. "Just Scrambel" will not only be cheaper than the cheapest eggs, but also taste better than the best quality eggs available.
