In 1922, Albert Einstein lectured in Japan when he learned to receive a Nobel Prize for Physics. The local community is extremely excited by the scientist.
While trying to concentrate and describe his emotions on paper at the Imperial Hotel in Tokyo, Einstein was visited by a piccolo. Apparently because of the lack of small money for a tip, or perhaps for another reason, the scholar writes two short notes on paper, gives them to the man and tells him that if he is lucky, one day they will cost more than the small ones he should have receive.
Einstein was once again right, and the notes in which he described his thoughts on how to live a happy and fruitful life were auctioned in Jerusalem for a total of $ 1.8 million. Here's the contents of the notes:
"Calm and modest life will bring you more happiness from the pursuit of success and the constant anxiety that accompanies it," says one note.
"Where there is will, there is a path," he wrote on the second.
