At 17:35, February 13th, 2018, the ELA price was around RMB 300, being in a sideways market.
In the recent global financial market slump, ELA’s current sideways market situation means the choice of directions. There is an old Chinese saying that, ‘how long it is horizontally, how high it will be vertically.’ We heard that the quota of locked ELA had been over one million. We appreciate the Elastos fans’ deep love and value recognization, and expect next booming of Elastos.
PR Update
Rowlingstone, a U.S. blockchain vertical industry media, rated Elastos and announced that Elatos is a world-class blockchain project and a heavily underestimated ‘sleeping giant.’

On February 8th, Rong Chen, the Elastos founder, and Ding-He Hu, the chairman of the Board of Elastos Capital, accepted interviews from Tencent Technology journalist. They introduced Elastos’ development history, technical framework and the constructing of a world leading smart web powered by blockchain.
Forbes, the famous U.S. magazine, reported Elastos
For Elastos, Forbes pointed out particularly: Elastos is an ambitious China blockchain start-up company, and recently launched one of the most successful initiation coin offerings (ICOs) in U.S. They are developing a new open-source operating system on which various decentralized applications (Dapps) can run, including VR technology, Internet of Things (IoT), gateways, game consoles, smartphones and other platforms. Elastos can ensure data security, user authentication verification, and overall system safety.
Take wearable device as an example, it can collect individual behavior data for providing more individualized experience, and Elastos is developing technology that utilizes the blockchain to authenticate user ID, application ID, as well as machine ID; Elastos token, ELA, can be used to register an ID, as well as purchase DApps, cloud storage, digital assets, and various products.

Elastos sponsored the American Digital Currency Meeting on February 15th. Sunny Feng Han, the Elastos cofounder, will present as the only Chinese representative among 50 speakers.
On February 10th, the second round of Elastos position locking has been finished. The statistics of position locking results is being conducted, and the Elastos Cohabitation Committee is under preparation.
Ecology Building
On February 6th, a blockchain team visited the Elastos technology team and conducted a blockchain technology seminar. Both sides deeply discussed three technology aspects including sidechain, consensus mechanism, and smart contract.
On February 8th, the Elastos team members negotiated blockchain technology cooperation terms with an agricultural cooperation listed on Nasdaq.
On February 12th, the Elastos Shanghai team communicated the blockchain technology and practical application with a fintech service cooperation.

Codes including ELA, NET, Runtime, and Carrier have been updated.
