My biggest complaint with the whole "your individual vote doesn't matter"/"it's okay not to vote" theses is they tend to ignore local elections that can be quite consequential and routinely are decided on small numbers.
Especially in off-cycle elections like this year.
Everything from school boards to sheriffs to judges.
People that wield enormous power and have little oversight and checks on that power.
And groups like "Moms for Liberty" are counting on reduced turnout.
