Three of the mentioned pools were created by the company... All of them have .electroneum.com domain

    only the sites having 4% cutoff has .electroneum.com

      Yup... All are official mining pools created by the company.

        they are not paying right now, I still have pending balance on asiapool.electroneum and eupool.electroneum.

          Those pools have pretty high minimum payment threshold and long block discovery time... I haven't got any payments since the pools started but pending balance keeps increasing...
