How music has changed the last 40 years, how the fights of the 70/80's artists for producing music have now slided -thanks to media, technics of productions- in a social / fame / money deal ?
What is the last real involvement, sociopolitical project you've discovered, related to music in the last 10 years ?
Implication sounds to be sleeping deep today, rock by our comfy days ....
Organizatsiya doesn't pretend to be way different, but a strong ambition leads these artists from Lyon (France).
Awake slowly the consciences, raise a bit the audience to problems we can't avoid for long now, at least the need to provoke you, to ask yourself different questions about art today!
Organizatsiya links peoples around various fields for experimentation. As music as edition, yet definitely physical : through music production, live&performance, writting or radio show.
And now, here it is! Organizatsiya's first release, a 𝓼𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓵 𝓮𝓭𝓲𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷 of 150 7" records, silkscreen by Polémique Guilhem (Strasbourg).
This 4 tracks-ep shape the really personal project from Léo Peinturier and Maxime Bisson, linking past influences and contemporary affinities.
A space where bass, voice and guitar -melted through a cheap yet connoted mix, warm and raw reminding 80's productions- speak with more actual instruments.
Fedora arpeggios speaking about a strange Odyssey, contrasting with rousing percussions.
A little booklet will come with the release, including some texts that translate l͟e͟ ͟r͟e͟s͟s͟e͟n͟t͟i͟ felt all along this project.
Some are made after poems and writtings of Antonin Artaud and Dostoïevski, some are whole creations.
But what is tell behind this is about ｉｎｖｏｌｖｅｍｅｎｔ today in art in general.
Without animosity, it sounded necessary to express the obvious disease that knows music system today, speculations around what seems to be empty shells, born for audience and money.
The stunning observation to see how far from the essential have come certain projects for success.
Once again, it's not about judgement or scornful pride, but with the hope that some peoples will understand what matters for me, behind besoins premiers and my view of actual concerns.
But after all, it's all about music...
