Hello everyone!

Today I present one of my oil paintings, although it is a small landscape, I painted it because I am practicing, since I have not worked with oil paint for a long time.

The materials I used, a graphite pencil H, oil paints blue, white, green, yellow, brown and black. I also used very thin and medium brushes, a sheet of paper made of yarn.

Process:

Step 1: The first thing I did was sketch, for this case I used graphite pencil H, then painted the sky with blue and white paint.

Step 2: I painted the mountains, I used blue color as a base, I mixed blue and green paint, to give texture to the mountains, I added some clouds on the mountains with white paint.

Step 3: I painted the water, first adding the blue as a base and then I added white paint to make the reflection of the sky and in turn the reflection of the mountains. By last; I made some branches of trees, with green, yellow, brown and white paint.

As you will realize, it is a simple painting, I did not take long to do it. The good thing about this painting is that it takes time to dry, and thus I was able to mix the colors more easily on the paper.

Here I present other paintings that I did some time ago:

The blue and green work nicely in this painting, and I also like the diagonal frame ^_^.

Hey, if these two colors are very good in this type of painting. And the paintings look great in my parents' house. Thanks for reading, I appreciate your comments.

Thank you @trincowski

This is a combination of my favorite things: water, forest and mountains. I love that you used so much blue. It all looks so beautiful. I'd love to be there right now :)
