ムンクの「叫び」という絵が日本にやってくる。

有名な絵である。

その展覧会のHPに「あなたの叫びを描こう」と題して、簡単なお絵かきツールがついている。

そこで、絵を描く。

そうすると、学芸員さんが額縁に入れて美術館に飾ってくれるような動画流れる。

ムンクの「叫び」を実際に見たことがあった。

絵ではない。

あの顔を実際に見たことがある

引っ越す前の家のことだった。

@ayumi884　が階段で掃除機をかけていた。

階段は常に綺麗にしておきたい人である。

ゴーゴーと大きな音を出して階段を掃いている。

僕は２階にいたのだと思う。

ゴーゴーと音がなっている中、階段の踊り場に行った。

@ayumi884 は熱心に掃除機をかけている。

僕は呼びかけたが、答えない。

しかし、ふと@ayumi884 は顔を上げた。

僕と目が合った瞬間、まったくムンクの「叫び」と同じ顔になった。

それはとても一瞬の出来事だった。

その後は@ayumi884 の顔であった。

彼女は誰もいるはずがないと思っていたのだ。

そこに現れた僕。

僕というのは問題ではない。

まったく思いがけず誰かが、彼女の目に映った。

その恐怖の表情だった。

まったく恐怖そのものの表情だった。

それをムンクは描いたのだと知った。

誰であっても、その顔は同じなのだと思った。

だからあの絵はこんなアジアの島国にまで知れ渡っているのだと思った。
