Smoking Cigarette Robot : Elektro : Humanoid Robot

Have you ever seen or hear about a Smoking Cigarette Robot?

In this Digital era robots are designed to doing difficult and complex tasks But here I am talking about the first American Humanoid Robot "Elektro". it is built in 1938 in Washington.

Elektro was "7" feet tall and could walk and move his hands and arms. he could speak about 700 words using 78-rmp.
He could move his head too and get commands through the receiver. His photoelectric eyes could distinguish red and green lights.

Elektro could do some interesting things too. like he could blow up the balloons and Smoking the cigarette.

In the 1960s Elektro appeared in a movie named "sex kittens go to college" as "Thinko".

Now he is on display at the Mansfield Memorial Museum, in Mansfield, Ohio, where it’s billed as the “oldest surviving American robot in the world”.
