3.) Enhance Vision: I would have not believed this if not for science. The leading cause of age-related blindness (macular degeneration) is being prevented by Lutein and Zeaxanthin (examples of vitamins found in eggs) Vitamin A is essential for our vision and for seeing in the dark.

As a summary, Birds have done more good than bad to us humans. Why then do you kill your layers? I guess because of meat but the egg is more nutritious than the meat.
