FOSDEM (Free & Open-source Software Developers' European Meeting) takes place every year in Brussels, Belgium on the first weekend of February. FOSDEM 2020 is scheduled for February 1-2, and now that developer rooms have already been announced, there are calls for proposals for each topic.
