Do you feel creative today? With the right combination of words and emojis you can win some of the 20SBD available in prizes as part of the EmojiPoetry Challenge! You just need to follow these steps:

1. Write a poem in words and translate it into emojis (or vice versa)
2. Create a post that features both versions of your poem
3. Tag your post with the hashtag #EmojiPoetry
4. Put a link to your post below in the comments
5. Upvote AND Resteem this post (your entry only counts if you do BOTH)

In case you’re wondering how an emoji poem might look, here’s an example:

Swimming warm oceans one day

Rhyming is optional and any form or length of poem is fine. Non-English entries are welcome once a good English translation is available. Judging will be a little different this week. Last week I voted for everyone and some people didn’t vote but two voted for themselves (which counts) and there ended up being two ties. To avoid that happening again, I’m not voting on anyone unless there’s a tie that needs to be broken. You can still vote on as many entries as you like (including your own) but you can’t vote on any entry more than once. To cast your vote for someone, just reply to the link to their entry with a 👍(right below in the comments of this post).

Winners get:
1st Place - 10 SBD
2nd Place - 6 SBD
3rd Place - 4 SBD

Half the SBD from this post will be split equally among all contestants (including winners) while the rest goes toward funding the contest. Will that be a lot or a little?
