August is the Start to prep for the onset of a very different school year,and that starts with being organized and setting a strong sense of routine for home and school.we first set the standard meals and snacks and wakeup/ bedtime routine.Then we set the focus for the day so we don't forget what needs to be done today,as well as reminders for our friends birthdays,events and memories,a small workout (whatever doesn't get done gets added to the next day) and stuff to do for school and work .This is already showing to be a huge help in motivation as well as mental health not all days are good days but every day is worth waking up for.
