They can easily think of their emotions and can express them in a number of ways. The "emotional bandwidth" that these people use seems to work in a way that enables them to think and store information about their feelings more effectively than other people.
It may help to understand how thinking about your feelings works. You don't have to think about your feelings, but you can continue to think about them while they are happening. In fact, during some phases of the emotions, your thinking can help keep the emotions in check. If you stop thinking about a given emotion, it may lead to a loss of control.
The way you react to and express your feelings may be related to your emotional bandwidth. By using a larger amount of the emotional bandwidth you already possess, you will be better able to handle the emotions you face on a daily basis. By using emotional bandwidth, you can express yourself more effectively and more clearly.
People who can think about their feelings during their feelings phase are likely to come up with a stronger response and expression of the emotion, making a big difference in their overall health. Developing your capacity to think about your feelings is an important step toward personal development. By exercising your thinking muscles and storing information, you can learn to express yourself in ways that are meaningful and comfortable.
