Employers generally try to work them selves for hiring the employees . But as i discussed earlier about the approx cost of hiring one employee , looking into that cost employers can follow other sources also to reduce their hiring costs as well the involvement off timing to hire the employees.
This was already said TIME IS MONEY . so we must try to save our time if can be and utilize that time in development off our business.
different sources we can use to hire the employees are
- referrals (internal) for which employer can pay some amount to their employee referring the new entry
- hiring external agencies . no doubt these cost some amount to employer still these agencies take many responsibilities and save lots of time. in reverse we can say that these save lots of money.
