As I was browsing my feed this morning, I stumbled upon a @dragosroua's post which is entitled: What Could You Do With 1000 Steem Power For A Month? I'm Delegating - Call For Projects, It was perfect because I was about to start an Interview series and I was already planning to post the first interview this evening and also that I had an hour, to submit a project proposal to @dragosroua, before the deadline.

Project: Steemian Interview Series

Basically, as the title suggests, this project aims to interview interesting Steemians in order to get to know them a little better personally, which will humanize future interactions between Steemians and allow the interviewvee to communicate aspects of their personality, hobbies and how are they in real life to their followers or even gain followers after conducting the interview. It will be a great chance for readers of the interview to also add some questions in the comment section which the interviewee will be able to answer.

How will it work:

I will be sending a list of 50 questions to the interviewee and allow him to select and answer a minimum of 10 in order to participate.
The interviewee will be awarded the SBD generated by the post.
I will upvote the most interesting questions in the comment section.
I will upvote the interviewee's answer to these questions.

Progress:

I already have one interview conducted and another one in the making.

Side Project:

I am hosting a Creativity Contest, and it helped generate some great content from minnows over the last few weeks from poems, short stories to great photographs and unique digital artwork. That explosion of creativity was beautiful to witness.

I wish I could have rewarded participants more but my SP is on the low side, so I am hoping to use the delegated SP to boost every relevant and original entry in the contest which will encourage many minnows to push further and create great things.
