  2. Your Agent or Realtor can negotiate for a better deal for you.
  3. Your Agent or Realtor can recommend the right loan officer for your situation.
  4. Your Agent or Realtor can also recommend the right credit repair company to help you repair or fix your credit if you have to.
  5. Your Agent or Realtor can also contribute part of the Agent Commission towards your closing expenses.
