Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

I would start with your passwords in case you don't already know about them.
Besides the passwords, every post, and comment you make, after it gets upvoted and when it hits 7 days old you will get paid. But you only get paid once for it. The more you post and comment and get likes for them the more often you can get paid.
