(A)
Beef flesh - 1 / 2kg

Small onion - 5-6 seeds (half mashed, half use for blend with chili)
Dried chilies - 7-8 seeds (I use spicy tu amik sikit je.)
Chile boh - 3 large blades
Sos cili - 3-4 large blades
Sugar and Salt taste enough
Javanese Acid - 1 small blade (I use pes je)
Steps Provision:
(A) Provide Meat Beef Jerky.
- Boil the meat until tender.
