Hi @nubianartistry start by buying some cheap t-shirts, creating your designs and then getting them pressed. Advertise on all your social media pages and build your brand. Hello , You should first determine your target market, the types of people you want to buy your designs. Decide whether you will manufacture them yourself or have someone else do it for you.

Get a name and logo for your business and legalize it. If your designs are unique you should consider copyrighting them. Decide what kind of printing you will use as this will impact price ( DTG, vinyl, screenprint) are the best options currently imo.
