Here is my small garden in Alabama. I tried the 3 Sister Indian way of growing crops, for the first time and it worked well. I didn't have much land and didn't plan for cultivating for many others. I grew Watermelon, Squash, Bannana Peppers, Jalapeños Corn, Tomato, Basil, Rosemary, and Watermelon!

How lovely, am jealous!

My squash, zucchini, pumpkin keep rotting. This year I barely harvest none 😿

I didn't have as good of a growing year as years before, but it was my first time with corn, and the Three Sisters, and it grew the best.

I've read about this system. I will give it a go next year 😊 thanks!

It looks like things grew pretty well!
I've done the 3 sisters method in past years, usually just corn, pole beans, and some kind of squash, and it usually works out pretty well.

That's the 3 I planted in the area, but the beans died. Peppers seem to grow best on my little plot in my backyard.

The pepper plant did seem to be doing pretty well, nice pepper started on the plant.

Organic farming is the way to go to save the world, however small. Thanks for sharing. Following, voted and resteemed.

Sorry some of the pics went sideways. Kinda still trying to learn this platform, which I love!!
