SEC Clarifies on Cryptocurrency, Crypto Securities, and ICO

According to NewsBTC, the head of Securities and Exchange Commission made an announcement clarifying SEC's definition of securities and stated that the tokens used for ICO are securities, while coins such as Bitcoin were not.
