Energy and information
Life is equivalent to energy. Life = Energy, Energy = Information. Energy, according to physics, is equivalent to "information". Everything that exists not only exists as energy but also as a carrier of information, whether it is a human being or any form of food in it's natural state of wholeness. The medium/matter(such as food e.g. ) is a carrier of the information contained within it.
