I dont think you can credit the hard fork for second it did affect everyone, you were just very active, I suspect I will drop off the top spot soon, I know I will have a week where i wont be on much so that will leave it open, just not sure which week that will be yet

First things first - !BEER

Had to add to the party. A slight burp on the HF Highway, but people still kept going. Now all I need to do is get my self in gear and start making some post, and comment a little bit more, and hope for no long down times.

Problem with down time was I re visited my Steam account, and got re-hooked on CIV 5, games are fun but I don't accomplish much when playing, still they are fun. We have finally had some real rain here so it is helping with the Swan Lake Fire and cleaning some of the smoke out of the air. Just a short update:

Updated: 1:36 hrs. ago (9/8/2019, 8:09:21 AM)
Size: 163,686 Acres
Contained: 34%

Still burning since June 5th when it was started by a lightening strike.

Hopefully next week will be all back to normal.

Well done, winners! Yes, @abh12345, I’m sure you are right that Steem downtime affected the numbers. There were two full days when it was really hard to successfully upvote and comment.

I have a questions for you, which are probably kind of silly:

Can you somehow tell the difference between intentional upvotes and those that occur simply due to curation trails? (For example, I never purposefully self upvote, but it occasionally happens as a by-product of being on curation trails.)

I have always thought of delegation as a very positive thing, since it gives extra voting power to entities that (ideally) are giving back and doing good things for communities. But I see that it negatively impacts Curation and Engagement League standings. Can you tell me more about this? (I want to be doing all the right things! 😁) And is the goal to have zero delegation to anyone?

What is the difference between upvotes to others and upvotes to different authors?

I'm afraid not, you'll just have to check your blog feed each week and see if there are any votes you can remove.

It's your decision to delegate, be it to a bot, a curation trail, or someone you like - everyone has a different approach but I think with 50/50, it will be best for you to keep most of your SP in your account.

Upvotes to others is just your total votes, minus the ones to self.

Upvotes to different authors is the number of unique authors you have voted in the past 7 days.

Yeah it is as it is. I tried all providers but it is the same with each of them. Same in the centre of the village too. I think they simply do not invest and only accept more customers year after year.

We had two internet cafes and both are gone because of this problem. Even with the bank it is not always working.

I will see how far I get and for some things like payments etc I have to drive to a better connection.

I live in the countryside, near Venice (Italy)... and the Internet connection it's really something indecent, compared (i.e.) to the 600 Mb synchronous ones in the Canary Islands! (@abh12345, Canary Islands are better served than Majorca?)

Moreover, on Friday lightning have hitted a telecom cabinet and we are still without a wired connection (now I'm using 3G)

Thanks man, I wouldn't really say it's ever felt forced, but perhaps I'm feeling some genuine back and forth that's spreading positivity, so yes there's nothing forced, contrived, or frustrating in any of my 30k+ characters produced by my brain to thumb connection...

I know I was going to take a hit this week! Oddly enough, working on more content has caused me to lose focus a bit on engagement.. The downtime really kind of messed up my schedule too, never regained footing lol but this week I'm ready to break through top 10!

I guess it's still Monday, so I'm within my usual. It seems like it should be later, though.

For once, I don't have much to say. I've not been much of a beneficiary of the HFs yet, so not much motivation, I fear.

What's funny about it is, I'm more upset about them messing up SNAX rewards than I am anything else.

To anyone out there who might still be watching this page that finished in the Top 10, congratulations for your efforts. I feel fortunate I even made the engagement list last week.

I take it misterengagement is down for the count?

Regardless, thanks as always for this league. I haven't said that much lately, but I do really care. I wish I wasn't working. I had much more fun when I didn't, even though the income is nice, and the job isn't that bad. It's just a lot of hours that I'd rather be spending doing this. The big trade off. :/

Monday is in your range, and sadly the following Sunday is usually when I catch up on anyone who isn't around on the day of the post. I know you take Sundays off, sorry about that.

I wasn't aware there was an issue with SNAX, is that sorted now?

I'm not sure how holgers bots are fairing, it does seem misterengagement is out of action for now.

And as far as your final sentence, that resonates with me an awful lot - one day :)

Hey, @abh12345.

No worries. I comment here just because it's what we do, and it's good to touch bases at least weekly, although you and I find ourselves now and then throughout the week commenting on similar things.

I'm talking more about everyone else. It used to be, for good or bad or indifferent, that conversations could last an entire week here. I don't know if that happens anymore or not, but it's not happening with me. I miss it, when I think about it. :)

re: SNAX

Well, so their node has been replayed several times with issues thanks to the hardforks, and now they're doing it again because when they stopped it to back it up, they couldn't get it started again. So, there have been no SNAX rounds since HF21 landed, and there's not going to be another one for at least another week.

re: holger bots

Okay. I'm refraining from ENGAGE use for the time being, until told otherwise. :)

SNAX - a shame there, I think a few of us were picking those tokens up quite well. If you hear something let me know, and I’ll do the same re:misterengagement.

Thanks again for the recognition. Hey, since you like to do charts and analyze data, you should see if you can figure out why my curation rewards haven't moved that much since the Hard Fork. I feel like before the HF I was pulling in an average of about 2 STEEM per day in rewards. I think that is where I am still at even a week or two after the HF.

Thanks for keeping the leagues alive @abh12345, I know you must have time constraints now you are part of the "regular" workforce!

Also congratulations to all who were active and finished at the top... it's impressive! Trying to find both time and motivation, myself... although all the new tribes are somewhat of an encouragement, and the "trending" page DOES look different from how it used to... so (declining Steem price notwithstanding) perhaps things really are looking up!
