The Construction Workers

For some people who do not understand what the project actually looks like, they typically fi gure that working on projects is identical to rough, hard-nosed jobs, sedentary, erratic income, and of course uncertain future, project workers often viewed with one eye or underestimated by those who do not understand what the project actually looks like.
It's true that it's rough, tough, filthy, but not all of it is true, working in the project also has a career path, from lower level to top for workers in the field are, starting from the position of Helper or Helper auxiliary, Hard workers, Foreman, Supervisor or Supervisor, Site Manager, Project Manager, and Owner or who have company.
The other positions other than that in the office is the Administration and finance, Drafter or drawer, Engineer or the thinker, the warehouse, there is also the supervisor of the Safety or Safety Officer, etc.
With hard work accompanied by a willingness to learn and continue to learn and a little courage to face other people then the career ladder will all be passed to reach its peak.
Project work is not a despicable job and to be humiliated, all good and lawful work is a noble job whatever our position in it, we should not feel inferior as a project worker, regardless of our role in one job, if done well, then be sure to produce good.
