Dynasty Warriors - Review

Today i introduce this amazing game that i played since i was a little boy and still being one of my favorites games so far, Dynasty Warriors is a series of hack and slash action video games created by Omega Force and Koei. Based in the Chinese historical novel "Romance of the Three Kingdoms".

Gameplay

The walktrough of the game is based in the romance of the three kingdoms , but, sometimes they change a little a bit the scenarios to make it more entertaining and dramatic.

It has very extensive scenarios with 3D graphics and a lot of enemies. The game is about to choose an available character and fight in the battlefield, you have a small map that show you your enemies and your allies, and for win the battle you will have to defeat the enemy "commander", that usually is very far from you to fight with the enemy "officers" .

Every character has weapons and special moves, in the newest versions , you can playwith 2 weapons at the same time, there are 2 ways to lose, each character has a life bar that down when you get beaten, when your life bar is over you lose, or your allied commander has defeated, but,calm down, in the battlefield you have items that recover the life and you can get a better weapons , skill for your character and more.

There are 2 modes

Story mode: here you choose a character from shu,wu,wei,jin or other and you can see the his life with cinematics and battles, in this mode you unlock characters and stages

Free mode: here you choose an available character and stage no matter where belongs who

And of course that it has a online mode(is what i love)

This is a very entertaining game,i totally recommended, the newest version is dynasty warriors 8 and i started to play it in dynasty warriors 4, and is available for ps2,ps3,ps4 and xbox360,xbox one. You will learn a lot about asiatic culture
