I think that is the vegetable that we call okra. It is commonly associated with warmer climates and I seldom see it in gardens in the north where I live. That is a big plant!

I am one of those that does not like it because it's slimy! It is often used in cooking in the southern part of the US so I have tried it. I am not a fan!
