This exercise allowed me to get out of my paraplegic chair
extraordinary as it may seem, I was inspired by my little girl, baby and then by my grandson, born 19 months later. I saw them doing the same movement a few weeks before sitting down and a few months before getting up with the strength of their little arms and little legs. And then, having studied this movement well, I realized that they had developed their strength in a prodigious way and most naturally in the world. These innate movements are intelligently created by nature and we owe to nature what we are physically.
It is the prodigy of human nature.
I did not invent anything myself but I understood a free lesson thanks to the nature and my curiosity of researcher who always says to himself: WHY

That is a good learning from baby and Iove the way it is done and free lesson is more of nothing.

thank you. What is important is the fact that I perform this exercise every day at my age 81 and that I found my flexibility. What seems incredible for my friends
