Forget anxiety.

You are having a hard day at work and you can not do anything but type and look at the screen of your computer what else could you do? Go down to the machine and buy yourself a bag of potatoes to release that desire to scream at your boss. You were not hungry, but stress has been with you.
Do you want to know some tricks that you can turn to when those psychological hunger attacks appear?

Exercise. It is essential to keep the mind occupied. Going out to exercise is, apart from the healthier option, one of the options that will most get rid of that stress and, although during the exercise, think about your problems, once you get home you will feel more free and fulfilled.

Drinking water. You get up from the chair, go to the fridge, open it and, indeed, you see what you were looking for, chocolate. What your head should do at that moment is to think about repentance after having eaten 4 ounces of chocolate.

Chew. To calm your cravings eating anxiety choose to eat healthy things, such as an apple, chewing gum (is the best choice because it is the hardest) or carrot. The thing is to have the mind occupied.

Read. It is always a good ally for anxiety. As soon as you get into the story, you feel like attacking the fridge.
