The frequency with which people should shower is one of the eternal debates that usually appear in offices, supermarkets and, above all, in the crowded subway cars at 8 o'clock in the morning. The belief that the more a clean person is showering is as widespread as it is uncertain.
It is advisable to take a shower once or twice a week. If this frequency is increased, too much natural fat and some bacteria necessary for the organism are eliminated. In this way, the immune system weakens, the one in charge of defending the body against external aggressions.

People who sweat too much need to shower constantly. For this type of people the specialists claim that the daily shower is good in case of not lathering the whole body, focusing on the key areas that produce bad odors by sweating.

However, washing hands or clothes frequently is not bad for the body, since with this type of actions dead skin cells or accumulated dirt are eliminated.
