This information does not come from the official sources of WhatsApp but from WABetaInfo, a Twitter account that advances many of the novelties of your favorite app.

Administrators will have more power than ever. They can disable chat functions such as sending videos, GIFs, documents ... They can even "mute" some contacts so they can only read old messages.
