Hello everyone, I hope this is very good and you can read and support me today that I will share in this publication in which this will be about another church more sunk in the waters in a city of Chiapas and Mexico .
The Temple is that of Quechula or it is also known as the Temple of Santiago, it emerges from the waters when there is a shortage of rains and this generates the level of the Netzahualcóyotl reservoir descends to great levels that can be about twenty or twenty-five meters. The ancient civilization of Quechula and its church were submerged after the construction of the Malpaso Dam was completed in 1966. The one who designed and directed this construction was Mr. Fra Bartolomé de las Casas in the 16th century.

The facade of this temple is preserved quite well in its conditions, and allows you to admire the architectural richness of the old colonial construction, which is 55 meters long and 12.8 wide.
