good Busy community, I would like to talk a little to what I do, also the time I've been doing it to me very much liked everything related to it. It's about coffee, as you know, coffee is a stimulant that energizes your body to work and is active every day. One of its biggest characteristic is that it has antioxidants that serve to keep the person alert to any circumstance that comes their way.
I would like to tell you a little story about coffee, a shepherd named Kaldi long ago, observed that his sheep eating the tender leaves and the ripe fruits that were on the edge of a mountain near his farm, were very hyperactive and jumped happy. He immediately ran to a nearby monastery to tell some monks about the behavior that was happening to their sheep. One of the monks, seeing this behavior, intrigued, grabbed some of these leaves and fruits and boiled them in water.
When he took this drink he felt that it was very bitter and disgusting. immediately threw the waste to a charcoal stove that had turned on, after a while, when the beans began to toast, he perceived a very pleasant aroma. Without thinking it picked up new fruits, I skip them and put them to toast those grains, then I put them to boil in water. This is how the first cup of coffee was prepared.
In Venezuela different types of hot drinks are prepared with coffee, this is the "guayoyo" (which is the one that takes less amount of coffee and more water) the "negrito" (which is the one that has 70% coffee and 30% water ) the "brown" (it is made up of equal parts between "negrito" and "leche") and finally the "con leche" (this one takes a third of "negrito" and two thirds of "leche"). There are other forms of preparation such as, companion at meals, cold drinks, liquors and cocktails of exquisite flavor.
For me coffee is an art that today many people handle and every day they refine it to their liking for the consumers that are those who have the power to judge as they thought. About 2 and a half years ago, I have learned to handle all these techniques to obtain an excellent coffee, both its creaminess and the art that can be achieved in it.
I am currently working in a store, called La Casa del Árbol Café, here I have learned to prepare different coffees which I did not know could be made. I feel like family working with them, they have given me the opportunity to continue improving every day more.
