The life of Miles (Daniel Radcliffe), a vegetarian game programmer and pacifist who likes to prank trolls on social media changes completely when he deals with the organization that makes the killing game, Skimz . The Skimz leader who came directly to Miles' house decided that Miles had to pay for his actions by becoming a participant in the game with two pistols bolted in both hands without being able to be removed.

One of them is the figure of Jason Lei Howden (Deathgasm) who directed and wrote the Guns Akimbo script . This quirky filmmaker whose previous film, Deathgasm is categorized as an absurd, eccentric film by combining action, horror, musical and comedy, again shows his eccentric sessions through the film Guns Akimbo .
Opening the film through a car chase scene between Nix and its main target, the direct hit film introduces an online game brand filled with real-life killings, Skimz. Cool action with creative cinematography style and brutal shoot-out choreography colors the first minutes of the film as Miles's narrative introduces his world in a satirical style.
