Star Wars: the Last Jedi Review

Having so much to live up to the latest instalment to the star wars saga did not disappoint as it surpassed the point of satisfaction. If you are like me and have always held The Empire strikes back as the greatest episode you may find that The Last Jedi has caused me to reconsider as it effectively managed to surprise me and not repeat the plot of Empire as the Movies Trailer led me to believe. The film also add much to the lore of the galaxy far far away while also building main characters such as Poe Dameron who was poorly developed in The force Awakens but has undisputedly now earned a place amongst the main characters. Another improvement has been made to the new trilogies villain Kylo Ren who in Force Awakens appeared weak and whinny to be honest but they have corrected course and he has become a worth addition to the rooster of villains in star wars. However the the film has suffered from the apparent new angle brought to star wars by disney causing their to be at some points unnecessary gags and jokes this does not however make it unenjoyable and was intact one of the only faults in the film. So in summery as a long time star wars fan that this film has become a hit classic and it has quickly caused me to question what is the best Star wars film.
