Geralt of Rivia will appear in netflix's tv adaptation of the popular fantasy novels and games. No release date has yet been announced yet but I expect it will be soon. Official synopsis: The witcher Geralt, a mutated monster hunter, struggles to find his place in a world where people often prove more wicked than beasts.

I´m so waiting this. Some news were published in early last year about this tv series and I was thrilled, because have finished main questline in Witcher 3 + DLC-s with 100+ hours gameplay. Still want to make another run with newgame+ system but got no time. Witcher 2 was also good in x360. 😊

well actually they do great work for tv shows, movies not so much, but every tv show from netflix i enjoyed

I think they should refer to the book itself, not the game. Game-based movies are usually weak, meanwhile book-based films could be great. The nature of film's and game's plot differs. So game and movie plots are non-compatible. But book's plot could be easily turned into a movie.
