The highly anticipated fourth Rush Hour film is indeed in the works, according to Chris Tucker.Tucker announced the news while speaking on ESPN’s podcast The Plug (via Metro), saying he's all set — along with Jackie Chan — to finally do Rush Hour 4. “It’s happening,” Tucker said. “This is gonna be the rush of all rushes. Jackie is ready and we want to do this so that people don’t ever forget it.”

However, Tucker did not provide any further details about the project, including a release date or who'll be directing. Brett Ratner, who helmed all three Rush Hour movies, is currently facing numerous sexual harassment allegations.Last year Chan also revealed, after turning down several different scripts for seven years, that he and Tucker had agreed to a particular idea for the potential fourth entry in the action-comedy franchise.In 2016, CBS aired and then canceled a Rush Hour TV series after a short-lived first season.
