If you like Curb your enthusiasm then you will love Klovn. Klovn is danish for clown and what a fitting name for a tv show about two best friends (Frank and Casper) that always end up unintentionally creating disasters for everyone and themselves in one way or another. To give you the big picture, i could say that accidentally causing a man to be infected with aids is the least of Frank's regrets.
I really recommend you give this show a try, it was a big hit in northern Europe and the only thing keeping it from being world famous is the language barrier.

I think also a good recommendation for the same fans of Curb is Larry David's daughter actually has a web series called "Eighty Sixed" that has the same feel as Curb, really amazing, has only 4 short episodes so a quick watch too.
