The best part is admission is free. The historic structures and exhibits are open during special events or during a scheduled tour and participation fees may apply.

The Candlelight Tour of Homes, held each November, features properties throughout Grapevine's Historic Township.
This year’s tour features five historic properties dating from 1924 to 2018, including three homes in the Historic Township, one of which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places; one home in the D.E. Box Addition Historic District; and one business located on Northwest Highway.
Tour participants can walk the tour route or ride the complimentary shuttle buses circulating throughout the tour. Featured properties along the tour route will be identified by a Candlelight Tour of Homes sign and pair of hanging lanterns. Owners and docents will be present to greet all participants and discuss the distinguishing characteristics of their properties.
All sales are final. No refunds for inclement weather. No strollers, food or drink are allowed inside the homes.
