Foundation

Good for: Entrepreneurs, startupsKevin Rose (North Technologies, Google Ventures, Digg) hosts Foundation, a podcast where he profiles entrepreneurs in an in-depth, conversational way.  Most of the interviewees are friends of his, which makes the format of the interviews extremely easy to follow.With both audio, and video recordings available, Kevin’s podcast is fantastic for anyone looking to get inspired, informed, and stay up to date with up and coming entrepreneurs, as well as hear the stories of some big name entrepreneurs.Kevin interviews everyone from Elon Musk of Tesla motors, to famous Chef Jamie Oliver about their entrepreneurial roots.  

 

This Week in Startups

Good for: Entrepreneurs, investors, startupsJason Calacanis (AOL, Launch Conference, Angel) is the host of This Week in Startups, a weekly show where Jason talks all about startups.  Most shows vary in length, anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour depending on the guest.Calacanis has an upbeat, exciting interview style where he’s able to dig in to current issues in the startup world, as well as shed some light on the history of companies that have made it big.Calacanis interviews everyone from authors to entrepreneurs and CEOs of startups.

The Joe Rogan Experience

Good for: Inspiration, creatives, comedy, musicJoe Rogan is a comedian, UFC commentator, as well as a previous host of Fear Factor.  Joe’s podcast is frequently host to many famous comedians, musicians, and authors.Rogan’s podcast format is very laid back, but very informative at the same time.  Often his shows will run upwards of 2 hours in length, which is perfect for anyone who is looking for something to listen to at any time of the day.

Mixergy

Good for: Startups, inspiration, entrepreneursMixergy is hosted by Andrew Warner, who is an extremely successful entrepreneur.  Mixergy was made to inspire and educate ambitious entrepreneurs who are looking to make their break into the small business scene.He consistently hosts founders and creatives who share their stories that often explain solutions to otherwise crippling issues that most founders could face. 

 

StartUp

Good for: Startups, investingStartUp by Gimlet Media is described as "A series about what happens when someone who knows nothing about businesses starts one".  One of the best things about this podcast, is that Alex records everything and shares everything too.  Even the stories of disastrous pitches to potential investors.You can follow this extremely insightful podcast, and see the the difficult journey from man to businessman. 

 

Rainmaker.fm Podcast Network

Good for: Internet marketing, copywriting, inspirationRainmaker.FM brings you the best tips, tactics, stories and strategies that provide acceleration for your business. Each day brings you eye-opening advice on some vital aspect of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.This podcast network is powered by many of the subject matter experts from inside Rainmaker (and a few good friends who know their stuff). The Dave Ramsey Show
