Cont Entrepreneurship: Type Of Entrepreneur.

Hello everyone, I am so glad you are all responding well to my last article title "indepth knowledge on entrepreneurship" .

Today I want to start by appreciation each and everyone that has in one way or the other help in making this topic a success. I promise to do my possible to ensure you all understand the topic entrepreneurship, Incase you don't understand any part, just ask by commenting below.

Today I will continue explain the five type of entrepreneurship as I promised, in the last article.

1.The personal achiever: this is the classic entrepreneur, he always feel compelled with the need to achieve, of which gives him the energy to put in longer hours at work. This type of entrepreneur does not like to be controlled, he like to take responsibility of his life and actions. He has a high desire to set goals and plan along with the stipulated goals and plan, he like receiving feedback to asses performance, he has strong commitment to the enterprise. He is always filled with the believe that one person can make a difference and that work should be guided by personal goals. He has always strive to be the best in all possible area, no matter the level of circumstances and hindrance he is likely to encounter.

2.The super sales person: This type of entrepreneur empathise with others. Their belief that social processes are important helps them to perform better without so much persuasion or pressure tactics. They rather develop a strong positive relationship with others, which is what they depend on for continuous sales. They have a strong belief in developing a sales force which they take significant in implementing corporate strategy. They concentrate on selling and engaging some other person to manage the business.

3.The real manager: these are special entrepreneur or the corporate managers. They have a slim chance of succeeding as an entrepreneurs. Thesame way, the entrepreneur are not likely to make it climbing the corporate ladder. These type of entrepreneur like to be in charge, they are also decisive, competitive and go along with those in authority enjoying power. They usually migrates from been a manager in big firm into owning their own business, their style of business usually involve leaps and bounds.

4.The expert idea generator: These are innovators often found in the engineering and high technology fields. Their innovation could also be in new administrative process. They always come up with new products and processes that outshine that of their competitors of which lead to creating new niche which also lead to creating a new markets. They are known as innovators, with different ideas, intelligence who avoid taking too much risk, because of their believe that their newly developed product is enough to develop and implement a good corporate strategy.
Their love for original novelty, creative and innovative approaches always make them to stand out. They are also known to be initiators and promoters of new ideas, concepts, product services and enterprises. They don't just create ideas, they have intuition on which product that will perform better towards achieving their stipulated goals and objectives.

That is all about the type of personality that we have. I believe by now you must have pick one or two things from today's topic.

In my next article I will be discussing about personality traits, that is personality traits based on individual and how it is has been affecting your action and your level of accomplishment.

It should be noted that there different factors that determine the personality of a person and the kind of traits which influence a personnel.
