A team is something which is very vital to a company!
Yes, we have heard some amazing stories of few people who have done amazing as a one man army. But we can never generalise that thing #Experience :D
If you don't believe my experience, then consider this: There have been many dropouts, but only one Mark Zuckerberg.
So, it's not something impossible, but it's something really hard.
I started a company myself, have been hustling each day with company website, administration works, support works, marketing works, etc.
But after few months, it was too much to take care alone. But that was not the time when you should have thought about a partner or team.
Unwillingly I had to close my business. I learned a lot from that experience. And one of the most important from them was that, you can be successful alone, but with a team, it will be much better!
People are social creatures, so yes, it's very important to have an ability to work in a team, to build up a team and to keep it strong
