I took the untraditional route in life. Instead of going to college right away, I saw an opportunity! I noticed the real estate market was over bought and was ready for a big crash. Working hard during the crash gave me an opportunity to save and start investing in real estate. My older brother and I decided to try our luck with flipping properties, or how we like to call it, “repositioning real estate”. We have been pretty successful to date, but unfortunately no TV shows. We plan on growing into a real estate developing company some day. Below are some pictures of our work.

I am very delighted to be taking Principles of Entrepreneurship (ECO 3003). Not only do I consider myself to have an entrepreneurial mindset, I plan on starting many small businesses in my lifetime. This is also one of my last required classes to take before I get my degree.
