Well, it really is contingent upon the client and the intricacies of their visit. The size and duration of the detail, and the number of venues or associates they plan on meeting with. Most advances are done within one day, but I've taken as long as three days before due to the magnitude of the visit and individuals involved. Just as a side note, I would certainly welcome any insight that @ned may have.
